Description: Seeking a highly skilled technical writer with experience writing standard operating procedures, non-normal procedures, user manuals, installation guides, and technical specifications. The candidate will work alongside our engineering team to deliver our state of the art boardroom, high-quality audio visual solutions, conference centers, and collaboration spaces. The candidate will be required to conduct site visits, work with clients to understand user stories and requirements, and write technical deep dive literature to operationalize complex audiovisual systems. Experience: 10+ years is required Top 3 skills: Experience with high end/complex AV systems Define user stories, requirements, and user instructions Experience with writing SOPs.
