About the Role
We are hiring a designer who wants to touch every part of the creative stack. You will work on-site at our Jordan, MN office, alongside the rest of the team, every day. This is not a hybrid or remote role. You will own work across graphic design, logo and brand identity, web design, video editing, motion graphics, and AI driven creative workflows, and you will see your work go live in client launches week after week.
This is a growth role built for someone early to mid career who wants to build a portfolio across every discipline a modern designer needs, and who wants to learn alongside an AI-first team in person.
What You Will Do
- Design logos, brand systems, and marketing collateral for client launches
- Lay out and design landing pages and full websites
- Edit short form video content for social, ads, and client campaigns
- Build motion graphics, animated logos, and short product videos
- Use AI tools (Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, ChatGPT, Figma AI) as part of every project
- Collaborate on client strategy, brand direction, and campaign concepts
What You Bring
- 1 to 3 years of design experience (agency, in-house, or strong freelance)
- A portfolio with real work across at least 2 of: graphic design, logos, web, video, motion
- Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Comfort using AI tools as part of your workflow
- Self direction, deadline awareness, and the ability to take feedback without ego
- Ability to work on‑site at our Jordan, MN office full‑time. This role is not remote or hybrid.
- A degree is welcome but not required. Your portfolio is the qualification.
