Role Overview
As a Paid Media Specialist, you will own the paid media channel across assigned accounts and internal brands, overseeing campaign setup, platform execution, optimization, performance reporting, and ongoing recommendations. This role is responsible for turning paid media into a true growth lever through strong strategy, hands‑on platform management, and a clear understanding of what is working today.

You’ll work closely with the Account Manager on each account while collaborating with leadership and creative teams to help ensure campaigns are aligned, well‑executed, and performance‑driven. Most day-to-day client communication will run through the Account Manager, but there may be times when client-facing input is needed around results, strategy, or recommendations.

We’re looking for someone who can confidently own the paid lane from initial build through active optimization and who understands how to blend performance thinking with strong creative instincts.

Campaign Setup & Platform Execution

Build, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms

Oversee targeting, audience strategy, objectives, budget allocation, retargeting, and conversion setup

Ensure campaigns are structured correctly and aligned with the business goal behind each initiative

Manage day‑to‑day platform execution with a strong attention to detail and performance quality

Optimization & Testing

Monitor live performance and make smart adjustments based on data

Manage budget pacing, audience refinement, creative rotation, bid strategy, and platform‑level improvements

Run testing across messaging, formats, placements, audience groups, and campaign objectives

Stay aware of what is currently performing in paid media and apply that awareness strategically

Reporting & Strategic Recommendations

Track KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, conversions, and lead quality depending on the campaign

Report on performance clearly and provide actionable recommendations

Identify where campaigns should be scaled, refined, re‑worked, or repositioned

Help guide smarter paid decisions through clear analysis and ongoing ownership

Work alongside Account Managers to connect paid performance with broader campaign goals

Collaborate with creative teams to improve ad concepts, messaging, hooks, and conversion support

Serve as the owner of paid media within your assigned scope, from launch through reporting

Strong hands‑on experience across paid social and Google Ads

Strong familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, LinkedIn Ads, tracking, and campaign optimization

Understands awareness, lead generation, retargeting, and conversion strategy

Analytical, proactive, and able to take ownership of performance without constant oversight

Understands what is relevant and working in paid today, both strategically and creatively

Comfortable collaborating closely while still owning execution and outcomes

Experience in luxury, lifestyle, hospitality, real estate, marine, or premium service industries is a plus
