Field Producer – Las Vegas Desert Documentary

This project seeks a dedicated field producer to support a documentary exploring the lives of individuals residing in trailers, RVs, and off‑grid communities in the desert outside Las Vegas. The focus is on capturing authentic, human‑centered stories for a book about housing on the margins of society. The ideal collaborator will facilitate respectful introductions to local residents, ensuring cultural sensitivity and participant consent throughout the process. The role requires a nuanced understanding of the unique challenges and motivations of those living in these environments, as well as a commitment to ethical storytelling.

Responsibilities

Identify and connect with individuals and communities living in trailers, RVs, and off‑grid settings around Las Vegas.
