Where And How You Can Work
Our flagship office is in Sydney, Australia, but we've also opened a campus in Austin, Texas which is now home to our US operations. You have choice in where and how you work; we trust our Canvanauts to choose the balance that empowers them and their team to achieve their goals.

What You’d Be Doing In This Role
As Canva scales, change continues to be part of our DNA. This role will give you exposure to the types of tasks you will work on, though it will evolve over time.

At The Moment, This Role Is Focused On

Own the Public Sector & Healthcare lifecycle, including strategy, planning, execution, and results with a Customer Success Manager to drive additional MAU growth.

Foster relationships within your account, onboarding accounts and providing strategic sales support to ensure successful deployment across departments and cross‑functional implementations.

Run a healthy and predictable business that delivers a jointly agreed customer transformation strategy focused on the Public Sector & Healthcare community.

Understand the Canva user lifecycle, establishing close relationships with the community of Public Sector & Healthcare users to learn their needs.

Identify trends and usage patterns, using data analysis to inform future product and marketing plans.

Drive retention and engagement by continuously testing, learning, and iterating on our lifecycle strategy to build meaningful relationships.

You’re probably a match if

Enterprise Sales Experience: 3+ years as an Enterprise Account Executive, closing complex deals and driving revenue growth in large organizations.

Experience with the Government and/or Healthcare Market, communicating solutions to improve design literacy.

Sales Expertise: comfortable selling government software solutions with real‑world design experience to drive MAU growth.

Excellent Collaboration: working with your direct team and cross‑functional teams.

Experience Implementing new Technologies in government institutions.

Effective Communication: creating clarity, presenting ideas simply, and telling compelling stories.

Strong Business Planning: moving from planning to implementation, delivering high‑impact projects.

Experience in Community Management, understanding social media tactics for education.

Growth Mindset: eager to learn and develop skills while having fun.

Bonus: French language skills, especially for engaging francophone communities in Canada.

About The Team
Our Public Sector Consultant team supports organizations needing design at scale, across Education, Government, Not‑for‑Profit, etc. Teams span Communications, Marketing, Sales, HR. Our focus is proving Canva’s power to public‑sector entities, helping them move away from outdated systems.
