Graphic Design
Under direction from Design Management, create original graphic designs that appropriately reflect the client's design ethos. Projects include development of print, packaging, 3‑D retail displays, event signage, logo systems, imagery, video, and collateral materials.
Project Management
Work with functional teams from initial concept development to final production and distribution. Manage individual projects by attending internal briefings, setting timelines, scheduling work‑back schedules, managing budgets, coordinating suppliers, reviewing specifications, recommending production alternatives, and maintaining quality production standards.
Cost Control
Manage projects to stay within stated budgets. Estimate all aspects of project development, offer production alternatives, negotiate costs, review billing, and provide budget reconciliation. Arrange purchasing of goods and services from domestic and international vendors and evaluate vendors.
Designer Support
Act as a liaison among client managers (Image Design, Marketing, Product Design, etc.) and outside agencies. Communicate project details, design requirements, scheduling needs, and graphic materials. Provide design support for higher‑level designers as needed.
Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 2–4 years of directly relevant work experience. One of the following alternatives may be accepted: PhD or Law + 1 year; Master's + 0–3 years; Associate's Degree + 1–3 years; High School + 3–5 years.
