We are seeking a detail-oriented Communications Specialist to support execution of customer and stakeholder communications. This role is highly execution-focused, responsible for drafting, coordinating, and delivering clear, accurate, and timely communications aligned with business priorities.
The ideal candidate will have strong writing and organizational skills, experience managing communication deliverables, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Draft and deliver customer- and stakeholder-facing communications, including emails, FAQs, talking points, and internal web or intranet updates
Support execution of communications tied to business and commercial priorities
Manage communication timelines, approvals, version control, and deliverables
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure messaging accuracy, consistency, and alignment
Track communication deliverables and report on effectiveness metrics
Maintain organized documentation of communication materials and updates
Support communication planning and execution in fast-paced operational environments
Utilize digital tools and technologies to support drafting, editing, and communication workflows
Ensure communications are delivered accurately and on schedule
Required Qualifications
4–7 years of professional communications experience
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
Proven ability to execute communication deliverables in fast-paced environments
Strong organizational and project coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting commercial, customer, or corporate communications
Experience working with cross-functional business teams or leadership stakeholders
Familiarity with content management or collaboration platforms (e.g., SharePoint)
Experience tracking communication effectiveness or engagement metrics
Experience using AI tools for content drafting, editing, or analytics
