Responsibilities
You are a passionate and thoughtful Sr. Account Director for our strategic-thinking, creative-idea-generating, client-problem-solving community, giving a voice for our client’s business, marketing, and overall brand presence.
You understand clients’ business and business issues and serve as a trusted advisor to drive extraordinary solutions.
You will lead and contribute to new strategies and generate ideas for clients, represent client interests and clearly communicate to internal teams.
Be a champion of extraordinary work – by providing inspiration, leadership, and expertise in the agency’s offerings.
Qualifications
Financial Services and Trading (Global Exchanges, Options, Futures, Equities, Derivatives) marketing experience or interest in trading‑equities, derivatives, digital assets and/or options.
A track record of success building high‑impact, strategic relationships with clients. Develop long‑term strategies to sustain, diversify and grow client relationships across and extend agency services.
Become a subject‑matter expert in the client’s industry, company and competition. Develop trust‑based relationships with senior clients and their teams. Deeply understand the client’s business, their organization’s ecosystem and brand and marketing challenges so you can act as a trusted business partner and marketing consultant.
Demonstrated experience working with major brands to support strategic brand communications using integrated omni‑channel marketing campaigns.
Lead brand strategies and evolve product marketing platforms, including campaigns, activation strategies, content strategy and operations initiatives to drive brand‑building and product marketing objectives.
Build a cohesive team across departments, disciplines and the agency partners, in the service of the clients – to support operationally sound, effective delivery of the agency’s committed scope. Foster high client satisfaction in everything we deliver.
Experience in developing and executing integrated marketing programs that include multi‑channel executions.
Strong understanding of the analytics and insights needed to demonstrate brand and customer success metrics.
People leadership experience for direct reports and experience leading cross‑functional teams. Innovator with a desire to bring people together. Innate ability to marshal people and create gravity around ideas.
Willingness to embrace the unknown and ready to break process through innovation. You’ll be excited by opportunities to explore new ideas rather than rely on existing paradigms, and you view technology as a tool that can drive this creativity and innovation. Willingness to investigate, assess and adapt with innovation trends and new technologies to drive effectiveness and efficiency.
Strong knowledge of industry including trends in the evolving business and agency industry environment.
Proven experience managing financials including estimating, forecasting and reconciliation.
