About The Role
The Grocery & Retail team is looking for a sharp, highly motivated individual to join our Account Management team covering some of our most strategic partners. As a Partner Manager, you will work efficiently and effectively with our Grocery & Retail partners to drive revenue growth, operational excellence, and customer service. You are expected to constantly evaluate our partners' business and operational performance, and independently drive cross‑functional initiatives to optimize performance. Partner Managers work closely with merchant partners as well as merchant support, operations, product and sales teams to manage and optimize partnerships and provide maximum value for both Uber and its partners.

What You'll Do
Optimize our merchant partners' business and operational performance on Uber Eats
Foster deep relationships with merchant partners, identifying and acting on opportunities to take their delivery business to the next level
Bring your analytical A‑game - you will be building business models, performing trend analysis, providing actionable insights, and tracking the success of initiatives to ensure we are driving towards the best possible outcome
Tackle or escalated complex operational issues for timely resolution for merchant partners
Drive and support key initiatives across our business teams to grow strategic and long‑term opportunities with our various partners, which involves wearing many hats and jumping in to help your teammates when the needs arise
Attract and onboard new merchant partners to join our platform
Basic Qualifications
3+ years of professional experience in a client‑facing role working with large or mid‑size accounts
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, Master's Degree a plus
Fluency in Finnish and English
Experience with Google Sheets and/or Excel
Preferred Qualifications
Outstanding communication and relationship‑building skills
Instinct for handling partners with a consistent track record of successfully handling complex partnerships
Highly autonomous - comfortable with driving your own initiatives and working with minimal oversight
Data‑driven decision‑making mentality and sound commercial judgment
Critical thinker with creative problem‑solving skills
High adaptability to change and ability to execute quickly
Experience with Salesforce and SQL
