A fast-paced, dynamic accounting firm with offices in Brooklyn, NY, Lakewood, NJ, Chicago, IL, Israel and the Philippines is looking for a motivated and vibrant Marketing Administrator to join our growing team! You'll work side-by-side with our Marketing Director and Manager to bring exciting ideas to life- from social media strategy and events to internal and external communications. What You’ll Be Doing:
Bringing marketing plans to life! Help manage and execute campaigns, events, and initiatives.
Keeping our social media presence fresh, fun, and on-brand.
Coordinating with vendors, designers, and other creatives to make our marketing shine.
Creating compelling content for emails, newsletters, and more.
Owning the marketing calendar- making sure every post, campaign, and event is on track.
Staying in the know: track trends, best practices, and what’s hot in our industry.
Assisting with additional marketing and communications projects as needed.
What You Bring to the Table:
1–3 years of experience in communications, PR, or marketing (internships count too!)
Strong attention to detail- you're the kind of person who double-checks everything.
Social media savvy - you know what works on each platform and can write a killer caption.
Website management experience (even basic know-how is a plus!)
A positive attitude, creative mindset, and team-first mentality.
Organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
