About the Role
The Senior Director, Media Strategy is a senior leadership role responsible for building modern, insight-driven media strategies that move people and deliver real business results. This is a hybrid role based in Dallas, requiring a few days per week in-office, and offers a salary range of $140,000 to $160,000.

What You’ll Do

Lead culturally relevant, forward-thinking media strategies grounded in data, creativity, and emerging technologies

Develop integrated, cross-channel media strategies across linear TV, digital, and OOH

Partner across brand strategy, data, analytics, and other disciplines to create cohesive audience-first plans

Serve as a trusted advisor to senior clients

Drive growth across existing and new business through strong strategic thinking

Oversee the full media lifecycle, including planning, investment, and financial management

Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing media team

Stay current on the evolving media landscape and translate trends into client opportunities

What You Bring

10+ years of experience in media strategy, planning, or related disciplines

5+ years leading teams and managing people

Proven ability to develop and lead integrated, cross-channel media strategies

Strong experience across linear TV, digital, and OOH

Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into insights

Strong senior client leadership, presentation, and communication skills

Experience with upfront negotiations and restricted categories is a plus
