Regional Director of Business Development

REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
The Regional Director of Business Development (RDBD) will accomplish the company’s goals and objectives of census growth, a defined return on investment, an effective business plan, and implementation of programs and philosophy. The RDBD must be strong in planning and control so s/he can manage daily issues without interfering with the ability to anticipate future business trends and plan accordingly.

FUNCTIONS

Under the direction of the CEO, communicate the appropriate Census and Mix objectives for the year, in conjunction with the budget and the business plan.

Ensure that the facility has a sales and marketing plan in place that will allow the facility to maximize census and exceed expectations.

Review the status daily via census report and each month on site, and ensure that goals are established if results are not meeting expectations.
