The Role
We’re looking for a driven Sales & Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives and expand our supplier and customer network.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of both sales and purchasing operations , helping ensure a steady flow of recyclable materials while driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the full sales and procurement lifecycle

Develop new business through prospecting, networking, and outreach

Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers

Negotiate pricing, contracts, and long‑term agreements

Identify new sourcing opportunities and market trends

Grow and manage key accounts

Develop and execute strategic sales plans

Track performance metrics and report insights to leadership

Partner with marketing on campaigns and lead generation

What You Bring

5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or procurement

Experience in recycling, metals, or a related industry preferred

Strong negotiation and relationship‑building skills

Proven ability to hit revenue and growth targets

Ability to identify and close new business opportunities

Familiarity with market trends and sourcing strategies

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

Work Environment

Combination of office and outdoor work

Occasional physical activity (bending, lifting, etc.)
