Job Overview
The Account Executive, Region Channel Sales is an industry expert in innovative sales strategies through strong relationships with key channel partners. This role involves recruiting and collaborating with local channel partners in assigned geographies. The focus is on leveraging the existing customer base of these partners to promote and sell T‑Mobile products and services. The Account Executive will manage strategic initiatives with channel partners to develop growth strategies and enhance client relationships, and work closely with internal teams such as direct sales, solution specialists, and marketing to lead programmatic efforts that drive sell‑with activity. They will also conduct quarterly reviews with selected partners to evaluate the performance of partner‑generated sales of T‑Mobile products and services.
Job Responsibilities
Achieve growth targets by protecting existing business and identifying new opportunities, establish joint targets to drive T‑Mobile products and services through the channel partner.
Build and maintain relationships with top‑tier channel partners in assigned territory. Establish a growth framework to position T‑Mobile as a strategic partner by developing and maintaining long‑term relationships.
Accountable for sales reporting and insights for assigned channel partners and their clients. Partner with internal operations teams to construct communication flows, programs, co‑op, and team coordination.
Deliver sales presentations and training to local partners to ensure knowledge of T‑Mobile products and services.
Stay abreast of industry landscape, challenges and problem statements, and collaborate as an expert with leadership and delivery teams to strategize current and long‑term solutions.
Drive on‑site customer meetings with partners. Act as a resource for local partners and be available to meet with customers and partners to drive sell‑through of T‑Mobile products and services.
Education and Work Experience
Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
Strategic operations, sales, and/or business development experience in a sales and/or wireless organization.
Experience selling into and/or through key industry channel partners.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Negotiation: strong, proven negotiation skills. (Required)

$134,300 - $242,200, inclusive of target incentives
