Description Key Responsibilities: Social Media & Digital Engagement: Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across social platforms.
Capture photo and video content of products, events, and behind‑the‑scenes moments.
Write captions aligned with brand voice and seasonal promotions.
Monitor and respond to comments and messages.
Track performance metrics and provide monthly insights.
Support email marketing and promotional campaigns.
Retail Operations Oversee day‑to‑day retail marketplace operations.
Ensure accurate pricing and product labeling.
Support in‑store promotions and seasonal launches.
Support vendor relationships and product sourcing.
Stock and organize retail areas
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate reorders
Process retail transactions
Support and maintain visually appealing merchandising displays

Qualifications Experience managing social media for a brand or small business.
Strong composition, photography, videography, and written communication skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Retail, merchandising, or inventory experience preferred.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Passion for coffee, local business, and community engagement.
Basic math abilities.
Team‑player mentality.
Physical stamina.
Open availability including weekends.
Physical Requirements Ability to be on feet for extended periods of time.
Capability to lift up to 50 pounds.
