Position Overview
Aleut Federal is seeking a Proposal Writing Manager to lead enterprise-scale, high-value federal IT and modernization pursuits across civilian and defense agencies. This role works closely with business development, capture, and senior leadership teams to coordinate and deliver high-quality federal proposals.

Key Responsibilities

Support Request for Proposal (RFP) analysis, compliance reviews, and overall proposal coordination

Edit, format, and standardize proposal content to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with requirements

Manage proposal inputs, including document organization, SharePoint libraries, and version control

Coordinate internal review cycles and assist with final proposal production and submission

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met

Qualifications

Minimum of 8 years of experience supporting federal (GovCon) proposals

Strong written communication, editing, and organizational skills

Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat

Familiarity with federal procurement processes is preferred

Location
