Overview
The Bastion Collection is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support its restaurant concepts in New York City. This hybrid role (4 days onsite / 1 day WFH) will be NYC-based, with involvement across additional Bastion properties as needed.
This position blends marketing with on-property support, requiring a highly organized, creative individual with strong personal skills and a natural ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
Roles & Responsibilities
Serve as the liaison between the marketing department and onsite operations teams
Provide onsite support at NYC properties, including marketing initiatives (designing menus via Canva, producing promotional assets, ordering branded collateral) and day-to-day operational tasks
Assist in the development and execution of on-property programming initiatives, including culinary experiences, brand collaborations, seasonal activations, salon-style talks, and special experiences
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to conceptualize and implement creative programming strategies that drive guest engagement and revenue
Manage social media content calendars (asset selection, Instagram caption copywriting, story creation)
Film and produce high-performing reels and digital content
Create and schedule bi-weekly newsletters
Write compelling copy for collaborations, programming, partnerships, and brand initiatives, ensuring alignment with each restaurant’s voice and identity
Track and analyze marketing performance, maintaining brand consistency across platforms
Provide remote marketing and programming support to additional Bastion properties as needed
Requirements
2+ years of marketing and/or events experience, ideally within hospitality, luxury, or lifestyle brands
Experience supporting or executing live events, activations, or guest-facing programming
Strong communication skills; comfortable working cross-functionally and representing the brand in event settings
Highly organized with the ability to work independently to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Strong social media management skills, with experience in content creation and digital marketing
Proficiency in Canva, Instagram, TikTok, Adobe Creative Suite
Passion for food, luxury, hospitality, and storytelling
