As a UX Writer / Content Designer, you’ll be a point person for enhancing the company’s current digital experience. This company aims to drive efficiency and sustainability for homes and businesses in the energy market worldwide through sales of their products. Their technologies help to automate and digitize existing energy systems. You’ll be working on their core product and assisting in enhancing customer experience, creating user stories, and journey mapping.
