About the Role
We're in scale‑up mode and growing fast. Our sales team is currently smashing targets, and as a Senior Account Executive you will play a pivotal role in mapping out and bringing in new business ventures. You will be encouraged to think outside the box, seek growth opportunities, and drive your own sales process with support from marketing and partnerships.
Responsibilities
Growing new business revenue and new customer acquisition (sales focus)
Collaborate with the US Sales Manager and wider sales team to develop and iterate sales strategy and processes
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to securing business, including multi‑channel outreach (social media, email, phone)
Deliver engaging product demonstrations of Tracksuit’s value through storytelling, case studies, and tailored materials
Close approximately $1 million of US‑based ARR within the first 12 months
Receive support from a high‑octane marketing function, partnerships, and sales team that boosts your pipeline with quality leads
Qualifications
3+ years of success in a quota‑carrying role, preferably in SaaS, martech, advertising, or media sales startups
Excellent results in B2B outbound sales and virtual demos; enthusiastic about improving execution
Capacity, confidence, and willingness to manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing (deal turnaround about 30 days)
Experience selling mid‑market to enterprise customers
Thoughtful, kind, and empathetic communication style
Activity‑based, goal‑oriented mindset
Enjoys networking, attending events, and representing a fast‑growing startup
Excited to connect with the world’s best brand marketers, brand leaders, and agency partners
Compensation
$200,000 – $200,000 a year (OTE). We practice transparent compensation and provide a best‑in‑class benefits package along with a generous ESOP.
