Position Responsibilities
Author and deliver high-quality documentation and code samples for a technical audience.
Develop, negotiate, and drive content strategy in alignment with product strategy.
Engage with customers, gather data and feedback, and report insights around content performance metrics.
Develop scripts, sample code, and technical procedures that are easy to use.
Help, hire and develop writers on the team.
Identify and drive opportunities to improve efficiency in internal processes.
Position Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, English, or a related technical field and five years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
Must have one year of experience in the following skill(s):
Designing and producing content for a technical audience that includes data scientists or business consumers of AI technologies.
Experience using content publishing tools such as Oxygen and XML to write, format, manage, and publish technical content on the web.
Creating large writing projects of at least 500 pages from scratch.
Using metrics to develop content strategies.
Writing example code in one or more programming languages, such as Python, Java, JavaScript, Ruby, C#, or Go.
