We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to drive third-party media, content syndication, and demand generation programs . This role serves as a subject matter expert for lead generation and pipeline growth , partnering with global marketing teams to execute high-impact campaigns.
You will play a critical role in scaling database growth, improving lead quality, and driving pipeline contribution , while managing vendors, agencies, and campaign performance across regions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Demand Generation & Growth Strategy
Establish third-party media and content syndication as a scalable growth engine
Drive database growth and pipeline contribution across priority regions
Align campaign execution with business goals and revenue targets
ABM & Campaign Optimization
Design and scale Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs
Improve lead-to-opportunity conversion rates from strategic accounts
Optimize targeting, messaging, and offers for higher engagement
Channel Planning & Performance Management
Build and execute a quarterly channel roadmap and investment plan
Improve forecast accuracy and pipeline-per-dollar efficiency
Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data
Lead Quality & Data Optimization
Enhance lead quality from third-party sources through targeting and filtering
Increase opportunity creation and win rates
Ensure alignment between content and audience intent
Lead relationships with third-party vendors and media agencies
Manage media buys, performance tracking, and ROI optimization
Evaluate partners and make scale vs. replace decisions
Tracking, Analytics & Operations
Implement end-to-end tracking, tagging, and lead routing frameworks
Collaborate with Web, Marketing Ops, and Analytics teams
Ensure accurate, timely lead delivery aligned with SLAs and data standards
Develop and document global best practices for syndication programs
Enable faster campaign launches with consistent execution standards
Build a high-performing partner ecosystem
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of B2B demand generation experience (content syndication / third-party media)
Proven experience managing pipeline growth and database targets
Hands‑on experience with lead orchestration platforms (e.g., Integrate, Demandbase, or similar)
Strong expertise in ABM strategy and execution
Advanced analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights and forecasts
Experience managing vendors, agencies, and media performance
Strong collaboration with Marketing Ops, Web, and Analytics teams
Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast‑paced, global environment
High attention to detail with focus on data accuracy and execution excellence
