About Us Super Organics is the parent company behind a portfolio of natural wellness supplement brands — including Super Speciosa, Kratom Country, Fully, and Sun Nutra. We’re a growing team based in Fort Lauderdale building brands that people actually buy, use, and come back to.
The Role We’re hiring a Copywriter & Creative Strategist to be our creative voice across Fully and Sun Nutra, with crossover support for Super Speciosa. You’ll write the emails, ads, product pages, and packaging copy that go out the door — and help shape the ideas and visuals behind them.
This is a role for someone 2–3 years into their career who wants to grow fast. You’ll get real ownership from day one, see your work ship constantly, and sharpen your skills across writing, strategy, and creative direction — the kind of range you can’t get at a bigger company where everyone stays in their lane.
A note on AI: we use it, and we expect you to. It’s a tool for productivity — research, drafts, iteration. What we need is someone whose own voice, taste, and judgment make the work feel human.
This is a remote position.
What You’ll Own Copywriting Email and SMS copy for Fully, Sun Nutra, and Super Speciosa — promotional sends, lifecycle flows, product launches, retention campaigns
Paid social and search ad copy across Meta, Google, and emerging channels
Product detail pages, landing pages, and web copy
Packaging and on-product copy (hang tags, inserts, back-of-pack)
Amazon A+ content and PDP copy for Sun Nutra and other Amazon-present brands
Organic social copy where needed, including short-form video scripts and hooks
Creative Strategy & Briefing Concept campaigns from scratch — the idea, the hook, the through-line — not just the copy that wraps someone else’s concept
Write clear, inspired creative briefs that set designers, video editors, and agency partners up to do their best work
Translate product, positioning, and audience insight into creative direction that actually converts
Partner with leadership on seasonal planning, brand activations, and new product launches
Visual Concepting & Light Art Direction Concept visuals alongside your writing — mood boards, reference decks, rough layouts, and shot lists
Art-direct designers and video editors (internal and external) toward a clear creative vision
Review visual creative for on-brand execution and give useful, specific feedback
Think in campaigns, not assets — your PDP imagery should feel related to your email, which should feel related to your ad
Brand Voice Stewardship Maintain and evolve voice guidelines across Fully, Sun Nutra, and Super Speciosa — each brand has a distinct personality and you’ll need to shift between them fluently
Review outbound creative against brand standards and flag off-brand work early, even from senior stakeholders
Help onboard freelancers and agency partners to each brand’s voice when needed

Comfortable in regulated categories like supplements — you respect the guardrails and get creative within them
Looking for a long-term home — we’re investing in this hire and want someone who wants to grow with us
2–3+ years of copywriting experience (in‑house brand, DTC, or agency)
A portfolio or writing samples — required, no exceptions
Experience concepting campaigns and writing creative briefs
Comfort across channels: email, paid social, organic social, web, and packaging
Familiarity with the DTC / ecommerce ecosystem (Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta, ideally Amazon)
Able to work Monday–Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST
Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Nice to Have Background in supplements, wellness, beauty, or CPG
Short‑form video instincts (TikTok, Reels) — hooks, scripting, trend literacy
Working knowledge of Figma or Canva
Experience launching a brand or product from zero
