Burning Stick Creative is an established, full-service marketing and advertising agency in South Louisiana, trusted by both local, national, and international clients for our expertise and results-driven approach. We’re seeking a passionate Account Manager to join our team in the Lafayette area.

Our ideal candidate is someone who can develop client relationships, maintain existing accounts, and assist Account Executives in attracting new clients. This is a part-time, base-salary-plus-commission position with growth opportunities. Includes both inside and outside sales.

Role

Connect & Cultivate: Identify and build relationships with potential clients who need our creative solutions to initiate growth.

Client Champion: Nurture and expand existing client relationships to ensure their success and satisfaction.

Drive Growth: Generate qualified leads, assist in crafting compelling proposals, and with closing deals.

Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with our Account Executives to track leads, brainstorm new strategies, and implement cutting-edge solutions.

Network & Engage: Leverage your networking skills to build brand awareness and attract new clients.

Present & Persuade: Assist with delivering impactful sales pitches and presentations that showcase the value we can provide to clients.

Follow Through: Convert leads into clients by providing exceptional follow-up and support.

Qualifications

Experience Matters: 1+ year(s) of experience in an advertising agency environment is preferred. Sales experience is a major plus, but not required.

Marketing Savvy: Requires a strong understanding of both traditional and digital media advertising. A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.

Relationship Builder: Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and generate new business.

Driven & Customer-Focused: A self-starter with a passion for exceeding client expectations and growing with our team.

Communication Pro: Excellent public speaking and presentation skills.

Growth Mindset: A desire to learn, adapt, and contribute to a dynamic and evolving agency.
