Summary

The Account Executive is responsible for prospecting and developing business sales relationships with potential clients and closing new and expanded sales agreements. The Account Executives at Thnks work in a fast-paced, competitive, and quota-driven environment, targeting businesses of all sizes. Successful Account Executives are hunters capable of creating their own opportunities and constantly seeking that next sale. They incorporate a consultative approach to their sales technique, possess excellent prospecting skills, are persistent, and passionate about what is being sold.

Your Role

Manage and grow a sales pipeline while continuously hunting for new business opportunities.

Conduct in-depth research on leads and prospects before presenting tailored product demonstrations.

Deliver engaging product demos via video calls or in-person meetings.

Follow up with leads and prospects to ensure timely and effective communication.

Meet and exceed sales quotas by building strong relationships and providing exceptional customer service.

Provide insights and feedback to internal teams to refine strategies and enhance the customer experience.

What We’re Looking For

Sales Experience: 2‑4 years in a sales or similar role, preferably in B2B environments.

Relationship Builder: Strong ability to connect with both internal and external stakeholders.

Self‑Motivated: A proactive team player with a consultative and results‑driven approach.

Exceptional Communicator: Ability to clearly articulate solutions and address customer challenges effectively.

Tech‑Savvy: Familiarity with sales technologies and processes; Salesforce experience preferred.

Client‑Facing Presence: Willingness to meet prospects in person to strengthen relationships.

VP of Marketing

Location: Franklin, TN (In‑Person Mon‑Thu / WFH Fridays)

Summary

We’re hiring a VP of Marketing to build and lead the function from the ground up. You’ll own brand, demand generation, content, creator/influencer programs, and go‑to‑market strategy, serving as both architect and executor—setting vision and shipping the work.

Your Role

Demand generation – paid media, performance marketing, conversion optimization, newsletters, and media partnerships; manage real budget and demonstrate ROI.

Brand and positioning – define how Thnks shows up in the market, sharpen our category position, and own creative direction.

Content – website, landing pages, campaign assets, thought leadership; build or lead the team to produce.

Creator and influencer programs – coordinate a network of practitioners who share authentic stories about relationship‑driven selling.

Go‑to‑market by vertical – develop industry‑specific messaging and targeting for our highest‑performing segments.

Team building – hire and lead a small, high‑output marketing team over the next 6–12 months.

What We’re Looking For

Startup experience – built something from nothing at a company with fewer than 50 people.

Product‑led growth mindset – understand PLG funnels, self‑serve conversion, lead scoring, PQL frameworks, and how marketing feeds a bottom‑up sales motion.

Demand‑gen and brand expertise – build a paid media engine and develop a brand point of view.

AI‑native – use AI tools daily for content, creative, research, data analysis, campaign optimization, and reporting.

E‑commerce or transactional model experience – optimize for purchase frequency and AOV, not just lead gen.

Strong writer – craft positioning, campaign copy, investor communications, and LinkedIn posts that engage.

Local Commitment – able to work in the Franklin office four days a week.
