Marketing Coordinator
to support a dynamic brokerage and property marketing team in
Miami, FL .
This full-time 4-month contract-to-hire opportunity is ideal for a polished, detail-oriented administrative professional with strong communication skills, marketing coordination experience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced commercial real estate environment.
Schedule is
Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm , with
pay starting at $23–$27/hr
based on experience. Health benefits are included during the contract assignment. This role also offers strong potential for extension and/or permanent conversion based on performance and business needs.
Job Description
Support brokers and internal teams with day-to-day client service and administrative coordination
Follow up with brokers, clients, and stakeholders to ensure timely communication and project completion
Prepare vouchers, process documentation, and assist with reporting and tracking activities
Coordinate and order signage and marketing materials for commercial properties
Assist in creating tour books, presentations, surveys, and other client-facing collateral
Support email marketing campaigns and related communications initiatives
Maintain organized records, documents, and project files
Assist with marketing and creative projects using Microsoft Office and Adobe design tools
Provide high-level customer service and maintain a professional presence in all interactions
Collaborate with multiple internal teams to support client deliverables and operational needs
Must Have Qualifications
3+ years of experience in administrative support, client services, marketing coordination, or related roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
Professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills
Dependable and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with Adobe InDesign
High school diploma or GED required
Nice to Have Qualifications
Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
Experience supporting brokerage, property marketing, or client-facing real estate teams
Creative mindset with experience developing marketing collateral or campaigns
