Industry leading creative agency is looking for there next Senior Paid Media Strategist. Is that you? if so You’re a hybrid media strategist and performance leader with deep channel expertise, strategic vision, and polished client communication skills. You'll be the tactical engine behind our client accounts, building campaigns, optimizing performance, and translating strategy into action across paid social, search, and programmatic channels. You take pride in the craft of media buying: knowing when to push budget, when to pull back, and how to squeeze performance out of every dollar. You don’t set and forget, accounts are always being tested and are live.
You’ll work closely with account leadership and be a confident, credible presence in client conversations. Not the primary contact, but someone clients trust to know their campaigns inside out. You can speak to performance clearly, explain what's working and why, and come to every call prepared. You're the person on the team who other people lean on when they need a platform answer fast.
Responsibilities
Serve as a key point of contact for clients as well as other internal teams (creative, ad ops, data), translating their business objectives into actionable media strategies.
Support the development and presentation of media plans, strategic frameworks, and performance reports.
Support the development of integrated paid media strategies across social, search, programmatic, and emerging platforms.
Contribute to media plan builds and strategic frameworks, bringing channel-level expertise to the planning process.
Use audience research and platform data to inform targeting and channel recommendations - you have experience using data syndication tools.
Campaign Execution & Optimization
Own day-to-day campaign setup, trafficking, and management across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms.
Monitor and optimize campaigns against KPIs including CPA, ROAS, lead volume, and engagement.
Build and maintain audience strategies, creative testing structures, and optimization frameworks.
Stay current on platform updates, betas, and emerging tactics and bring relevant opportunities to the team.
Cross-Functional & Team Collaboration
Partner closely with the media director on planning, forecasting, and account strategy.
Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to ensure campaigns are well-briefed and insight-driven.
Support and guide junior team members on platform best practices and day-to-day execution.
Reporting & Measurement
Leveraging our data team Build clear, compelling reports and dashboards using tools like Google Data Studio or Tableau.
Present results to both internal and external stakeholders with a focus on business impact and strategic implications.
Qualifications
4-6 years of hands-on paid media experience, agency side preferred.
Deep platform fluency across Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok, with programmatic experience a plus.
Strong analytical instincts, comfortable working in Excel, Google Sheets, and platform dashboards.
Clear, confident communicator who can represent work on client calls without needing to lead them.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously.
Familiarity with audience research tools such as GWI or similar is a bonus.
