Business Development / Sales Representative – Staffing Industry We’re seeking a driven and outgoing Business Development / Sales Representative to help grow our presence across the Metro Atlanta market. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives on building relationships, enjoys being out in the field, and is motivated by performance-based earnings. What You’ll Be Doing Build and grow a strong pipeline of new business through B2B outreach and relationship-building
Develop and execute creative sales strategies to connect with decision-makers
Conduct in-person visits, follow-ups, and consistent outreach to potential clients
Hold weekly sales touchpoints to track progress, refine strategy, and exceed goals
Maintain strong client relationships by understanding hiring needs and offering staffing solutions
Partner with internal recruiting teams to ensure the right talent is delivered to each client
Use market insights, staffing trends, and data to position yourself as a trusted advisor
Collaborate closely with senior leadership to support branch growth and expansion goals
What We’re Looking For Sales experience required (B2B, outside sales, or customer-facing sales strongly preferred)
Staffing industry experience is a strong plus (but not required)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you’re comfortable talking to anyone
Confident, professional, and motivated by performance and earning potential
Goal-oriented mindset with a competitive drive to win and grow
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally throughout Metro Atlanta
