Job Overview:
Search Solution Group is seeking an Associate Brand Manager on behalf of our client, a company known for producing high-quality fruit-based products. This role is responsible for executing brand and product strategies across Tree Top branded products, private label offerings, and other assigned lines to drive profitability and market growth. The Associate Brand Manager will support pricing, product development, packaging, and promotional initiatives while partnering cross-functionally to deliver strong business results and enhance brand performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute marketing strategies across assigned product lines to drive revenue, margin, and market share
Monitor business performance, including volume, pricing, and spending; recommend and implement corrective actions
Identify opportunities for product improvements, cost reductions, packaging updates, and line extensions
Support and implement new product launches, including business planning and go-to-market execution
Develop and execute customer-specific programs aligned with key initiatives
Analyze market data, trends, and performance metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations
Support development of marketing campaigns and communication strategies to reach target consumers
Conduct and apply market research related to consumer behavior, demographics, and industry trends
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product Development, Finance, Production, and external partners
Maintain accurate reporting and tracking of brand initiatives and performance metrics
Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements, food safety, and quality standards
Requirements include:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field required
MBA preferred
Experience:
3-5 years of experience in brand management, product marketing, or related field
Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) strongly preferred
Skills:
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
Project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong collaboration and cross-functional teamwork abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Ability to influence and drive results through effective communication
Certifications:

Knowledge:
Marketing principles including branding, promotions, and communication strategies
Market analysis, consumer insights, and performance tracking
Product lifecycle management and pricing strategies
Understanding of customer segmentation and channel strategies
Awareness of relevant regulatory and compliance standards
