In this role, you’ll contribute directly to our agency’s success through proactive outreach, consultative selling, and building a loyal client base, all while representing the trusted State Farm brand!
Key Responsibilities
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, market products and services, and close sales.
Track activity, report progress, and meet production objectives.
Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success.
Generate exceptional client experiences that encourage repeat business and referrals.
Requirements
