## Description## **SUMMARY**The Account Manager at Opportunity Village supports the organization's mission by driving revenue through new business development and expanding existing customer relationships. Reporting to the Director of Sales, this role builds strategic partnerships and promotes Opportunity Village’s services and solutions across multiple business lines. Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities for Opportunity Village's various business lines.2. Prospect new customers through cold calling, reviewing bid opportunities, networking, tours, and referrals.3. Maintain and build strong relationships with existing customer representatives, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.4. Conduct needs assessments and presentations to potential customers, showcasing the value of Opportunity Village services and products.5. Identify and pursue opportunities to promote additional Opportunity Village services and products, including event ticket sales, other business services, and partnership opportunities that support organizational revenue and mission impact.6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless startup, execution, and continued success of projects.7. Act as a liaison to address customer concerns and inquiries.8. Assist operations with time studies and customer site visits to develop the scope of work and pricing proposals. This includes periodic travel to customer locations outside of Las Vegas, including other states.9. Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new sales opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.10. Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and pricing quotations to customers.11. Negotiate agreement terms, scope of work, and pricing.12. Maintain organized and accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project progress through standardized tracking processes, utilizing Microsoft Excel.13. Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities for growth.14. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our services and expand our network.15. Participate in departmental and organizational meetings and trainings as required at multiple campus locations.16. Some travel to various locations in the Las Vegas area and between Opportunity Village campuses.17. Must be able to meet all requirements of OV vehicle policies and travel: * Between worksite locations * Within the community18. Report suspected Abuse, Neglect, Exploitation, Isolation, and Abandonment (ANEIA) immediately as mandated by state law.19. May be assigned other duties as needed.**SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES**This position does not directly supervise others.* Ability to communicate effectively with individuals, team members, and supervisors (verbal and written).* Ability to type at a rate of thirty (30) words per minute or more.* Ability to understand, follow, and enforce various compliance, security, privacy, and regulatory policies in all customer interactions and sales activities.* Ability to resolve multiple complex issues simultaneously while remaining calm in stressful situations.* Ability to define problems and draw valid conclusions.* Have a positive and enthusiastic outlook.* Self-directed, with strong ability to work independently, and to set and adhere to deadlines.* Ability to set priorities, follow through to completion of tasks, work well under pressure, and maintain a high level of confidentiality.* Must possess social perceptiveness to assess and understand others' reactions and behaviors.* Comfort with speaking to and working with the public.* Ability to interpret instructions, process requests, and problem-solve.* Ability to provide clear and concise directions and instructions.* Excellent organizational and time management skills.* Ability to accept and apply performance-based feedback.* Understanding of financial analysis as it relates to pricing, time studies, and pro formas.* Comprehension of and proficiency in writing sales documentation, including master service agreements, contracts, statements of work, proposals, amendments, addendums, and RFP submissions.* Required: Minimum of three (3) years of verifiable experience in business-to-business (B2B) or business-to-government (B2G) sales.* Required: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.* Required: Valid driver's license and ability to meet insurance requirements.* Required: Reliable transportation.* Preferred: Familiarity with the Las Vegas market.* Preferred: Experience working with individuals with disabilities.Required: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field, **or** high school diploma witha minimum of four (4) years of relevant sales or account management experience in lieu of a degree.
