What You Will Do

Develop print and digital branded assets across a variety of consumer touch points and channels, including email marketing, banner ads, social, GIFs, mobile‑first website pages, packaging, and other print projects.

Work closely with the Art Director to create engaging, modern creative solutions for member and brand marketing campaigns that visually communicate the brand globally while pushing the boundaries of our style guide.

Create mini‑branded campaign looks through mood boards and style guides.

Demonstrate a variety of creative styles and methodologies, developing bold, original designs.

Understand visual hierarchy to design impactful marketing assets that remain elevated and sophisticated.

Consistently seek new creative techniques and expand creative skills.

Who You Are

5+ years of experience in graphic design with an instinctive eye for what works.

Strong command of typography, layout, form, and color, and an eye for photography and illustration.

Strong understanding of web standards, image optimization, and web/email technologies.

Experience designing for emails, social, digital, packaging, and print.

Expert in Figma and proficiency with Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). Animation experience (AfterEffects or similar) is a plus.

Strong prioritization skills and ability to juggle multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Excellent communication skills in a collaborative environment, able to solve technical and creative challenges.

Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred.

Knowledge of CMS systems is a plus.

Base salary may vary depending on skills, experience, and location. This role is also eligible for a comprehensive benefits package and an annual bonus program.

$90,000 - $100,000 USD (US Pay Range)
