JOB TITLE: Interactive Media Video Developer - DEFENSE

LOCATION: Eglin AFB, FL

PAY RATE: Up to $30/hour

Summary

Responsible for creating high-quality videos and interactive media to support training products.

These include, but are not limited to, interactive self-paced lessons and training modules.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in all phases of multimedia production—planning, scripting, shooting, editing, and producing engaging micro-learning and training content.

This position provides on-site support for the JSF Training Program and its customers at Eglin AFB, FL, ensuring contract deliverables and organizational objectives are met.

Develop and produce training videos and multimedia applications

Plan, script, film/capture, edit, and narrate micro-learning and training videos

Design and integrate motion graphics and still images into video products

Maintain style guide consistency and branding across all multimedia content

Ensure high-quality output with a strong attention to detail and aesthetics

Research and implement new tools or technologies as needed

Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially After Effects

Proven video production and editing experience

Strong design skills, including still and motion graphics

Ability to adhere to project guidelines and visual standards

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Experience supporting military or government training programs

Knowledge of SCORM or other e-learning standards

Familiarity with interactive authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate)

Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
