KTSF is hiring: PT Broadcast Production Technician in Brisbane

Overview

KTSF-TV is seeking a part-time, on-site Production Technician for live, Chinese language evening newscasts, working Monday to Friday from 6:30pm to 11:30pm (20 hrs./wk.). Schedule is subject to change.
Responsibilities

Operate and playback graphics, subtitles, audio and video during live newscasts. (Training will be provided)
Create and develop graphic design elements for TV and website.
May cross-train in other departments and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements

Proficiency in reading/writing English and Chinese
Creative problem-solving under the pressure of a live newscast
Ability to organize, manage workflow and meet deadlines
Knowledge of Chyron graphic software and Adobe Creative Suites is preferred
Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience in design or broadcast communication preferred
Salary

Salary Range: $20.00 - $23.00/Hour
