Qualifications
3+ years of experience in product management, brand management, or category management
Experience within cannabis, vape, alternative wellness, or similar regulated industries strongly preferred
Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze trends and build forecasts
Experience using SEO tools and market research platforms to support decision‑making
Proven ability to create and present recommendations to executive leadership
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence cross‑functional teams
Self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced, evolving environment

This role sits at the intersection of product development, brand strategy, and market intelligence. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, evaluating product performance, and partnering across teams to bring new concepts to market. This is not a maintenance role. Key Responsibilities
Product Development and Innovation
Identify and evaluate new product opportunities within kratom, kava, and adjacent markets
Analyze consumer trends, competitor activity, and industry shifts to guide product strategy
Develop business cases and present recommendations to executive leadership
Drive new product concepts from idea through launch
Brand and Portfolio Strategy
Assess and optimize the current product portfolio for growth and positioning
Support branding, packaging, and go‑to‑market strategies
Ensure strong alignment between product, brand, and market demand
Cross‑Functional Execution
Partner with sales, marketing, and operations to execute product launches
Align stakeholders and manage timelines across multiple initiatives
Ensure product initiatives move forward in a fast‑paced environment
Data and Market Intelligence
Utilize Excel and analytics tools to evaluate performance and forecast trends
Leverage SEO insights and market research to validate ideas and identify gaps
Track product success and adjust strategies based on data
