We’re looking for a Account Executive to own and grow our Northern California territory - one of the most competitive and opportunity‑rich programmatic markets in the U.S.
This role is ideal for a seller who enjoys both building new business and expanding strategic accounts. You’ll partner closely with a dedicated Account Manager, allowing you to stay focused on revenue generation while delivering strong client outcomes. You’ll be selling an AI‑powered omnichannel DSP into mid‑market agencies and brands, with the opportunity to make an immediate impact in a high‑growth environment.
StackAdapt is a remote first company, however our Sales teams are regionalized. For this role we are prioritizing candidates located in Northern California.
What You’ll Be Doing: Drive net new business with agencies and brands across Northern California
Own the full sales cycle - from prospecting through close and expansion
Build and grow a pipeline using CRM tools and outbound strategies
Partner with Account Managers to retain and expand existing accounts
Translate client goals into strategic campaign recommendations
Collaborate with product and internal teams to shape solutions based on market needs
What You’ll Bring to the Table Experience owning and selling into a Northern California territory
Proven success closing net new business in a quota‑carrying role
Background in digital advertising (programmatic strongly preferred)
Experience building and delivering client‑facing pitches
Ability to navigate both new business and account growth conversations
Comfortable explaining technical/platform concepts to non‑technical stakeholders
Willingness to travel within your region for client meetings
