Project Stories is hiring: Brand Designer / UI/UX Specialist in Louisville

At Project Stories, we don't just create content, we build storytelling systems and the digital experiences behind them. From brand identities and campaign visuals to platform interfaces and product experiences, design is at the core of how our stories come to life. We're looking for a Brand Designer / UI/UX Specialist to join our team full-time in Louisville and help shape how users experience Project Stories across web, product, and brand.
Responsibilities:

Design and evolve the Project Stories brand across digital platforms, campaigns, and products
Create UI/UX designs for web experiences including Shop, Packages, Creator Network, and Dashboard systems
Develop clean, modern, and scalable design systems (typography, color, components, layouts)
Translate ideas and user needs into intuitive digital experiences
Collaborate with developers, strategists, and creators to bring products to life
Design landing pages, product flows, and marketing assets that reflect the brand's storytelling identity
Ensure consistency across all visual and product touchpoints
Think in systems, not just screens, design for scalability and long-term product growth
Requirements:

Strong portfolio showcasing brand design, UI/UX work, and digital product thinking
Experience designing for web and/or product interfaces (Figma required)
Understanding of user experience principles and interaction design
Ability to translate abstract ideas into clear, functional design systems
Strong visual design skills: typography, layout, spacing, and hierarchy
Comfortable working in fast-moving, collaborative creative environments
Ability to align design decisions with business and storytelling goals
Detail-oriented, structured, and highly creative at the same time
Bonus Skills:

Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML/CSS)
Passion for storytelling, media, and modern digital culture
Experience working with creators or creative agencies
