Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused

Commercial Producer

to join a growing team. This role entails building and maintaining strong relationships with clients while developing tailored insurance solutions to meet their commercial needs. Ideal candidates will possess a strong understanding of insurance products, excellent communication skills, and a drive to achieve sales goals within a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing commercial clients to ensure long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.
Identify, assess, and recommend suitable insurance products and solutions to meet the unique needs of each client.
Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve individual and team production goals while adhering to company values and policies.
Provide professional and advisory consultations to clients to help them understand policies, coverage options, and pricing structures.
Prepare and present detailed insurance proposals, contracts, and renewals with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriters and service staff, to ensure seamless policy issuance and client servicing.
Monitor industry trends and adjust client offerings to remain competitive and relevant.
Stay informed about regulatory requirements and updates in the insurance sector, ensuring all practices meet ethical and legal standards.
Represent the company positively in community events, networking groups, and professional associations to build brand recognition and generate leads.
Continuously strive for personal and professional development through ongoing training programs, certifications, and learning opportunities.
Qualifications/Requirements
Proven experience as an Insurance Producer, specifically in commercial lines, or a similar role within the insurance industry.
Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
Thorough understanding of commercial insurance products, coverages, and risk management solutions.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and problem-solving while prioritizing the client's needs.
Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals in a dynamic environment.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and dedication in all client interactions.
Proficient in utilizing CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and relevant insurance software.
Ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative, team-based environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field preferred, but not required. Relevant work experience will also be considered.
