As Weezie continues to scale, expanding and strengthening our relationship-driven sales channels — including our Interior Design Program, Custom Studio, and in-person activations — is a critical driver of growth. This role sits at the center of that opportunity.
We are seeking an Account Executive to own and grow three key revenue channels: Interior Design Program (IDP), Custom Studio (Corporate & Bulk Gifting), and Trunk Shows.
This is a highly entrepreneurial, customer-facing role responsible for driving revenue, building meaningful relationships, and translating strategic priorities into execution. You will act as the face of Weezie to our design and trade community, while partnering cross-functionally to deliver a seamless and elevated experience.
What You’ll Do
Own & Grow Interior Design Program (IDP)
Own IDP revenue and designer relationships end-to-end, delivering against sales targets
Build and activate a high-quality network of interior designers through targeted outreach and industry engagement
Drive repeat purchasing and long‑term loyalty through thoughtful communication and relationship management
Identify and implement improvements to the IDP experience (ordering flow, communication, UX)
Track performance and surface insights to inform program growth and strategy
Drive Custom Studio (Corporate & Bulk Gifting) Revenue & Execution
Own Custom Studio pipeline from prospecting through conversion and repeat business
Identify and convert high‑value customer segments into long‑term partners
Partner with Brand and Operations to deliver a seamless, high‑quality customer experience
Drive retention and repeat revenue through strong relationship management and execution
Lead Trunk Shows & IRL Activations
Own strategy and execution of Trunk Shows as a revenue and acquisition channel
Source partners, manage events, and drive customer engagement
Convert event activity into new customers, IDP relationships, and Custom Studio opportunities

Who You Are
5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or customer growth roles
Proven track record of owning relationships and driving revenue
Highly organized and execution‑focused, able to manage multiple priorities
Strong communicator and representative of the Weezie brand
Naturally curious, proactive, and energized by building something from the ground up
Experience with Shopify, HubSpot, or similar CRM tools preferred

Hybrid work environment (Atlanta‑based; in‑office Tues–Thurs)
Travel is expected for key industry moments, including trade shows, markets, and select events, with occasional visits to top accounts as needed
