Responsibilities
Your day-to-day tasks will include:
Receive art related work orders and coordinate vendors to fully complete requests.
Manage art engagement programming and art education experiences within the region through selected local art curators and partners.
Curatorial coordination of virtual and onsite gallery exhibitions through local, regional and national artists and arts organizations.
Process invoices from multiple vendors who provide goods or services.
Create accurate and timely monthly reporting for the operational and project budgets through dashboards, charts, and other tools.
Perform data entry and record keeping of all collection pieces within the region. Maintain tracking and conservation for all pieces in the corporate art collection which includes interaction with outside vendors.
Demonstrate a proactive focus on meeting Client and Corporate Art Program goals in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Support art acquisition projects throughout a building project life cycle (Initiate, Plan, Design, Construct and Project Close).
Provide project management support in accordance with the guidelines established by the Project Management Office.
Comply with all Jones Lang LaSalle policies and procedures, including but not limited to ethics and business practice.
Required Qualifications
At least 3 - 5 years practical experience and advanced knowledge in curation, art education, or fine art collection management required.
Experience with collection management in registration and/or cataloging.
Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with executive level external and internal clients.
Detail oriented and highly organized with strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify and manage priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multi-task and work both in a team and independently.
Proficiency with Google Suite programs and social media platforms required. Occasionally working with and overseeing student interns.
Desired Qualifications
Associate or bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution in Museum Studies, Art History, Art Education, or Studio Art strongly preferred.
Experience or basic knowledge of project management, construction management or real estate preferred.
Practical experience in invoice processing and/or bookkeeping in a project administration/accounting position preferred.

Estimated Compensation
82,000.00 – 85,000.00 USD per year
