Who You Are & The Impact You Will Have
The QTS Photographer is responsible for producing high‑quality media assets that bring the brand story to life. As a key member of the Brand + Marketing team, you will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver photo and video content that inspires audiences.

What You Will Do

Manage and coordinate internal and external resources; work closely with central marketing and product teams.

Create marketing, product, sales, and customer testimonial videos that meet brand standards.

Conceive concepts and design innovative videos for QTS promotion.

Plan, produce and edit videos from concept to final product, including storyboards, shot lists, on‑site coordination, sound editing and graphics.

Produce motion graphics including text animations, 2D and 3D images for web and digital displays.

Ensure brand alignment across all projects.

Recommend enhancements to video media content and production techniques.

Organize, manage, and curate QTS’s digital media library.

Support formatting, production, distribution and placement of QTS videos.

Ensure vendor‑driven assets are consistent with internal content.

What You Will Need to Be Successful

BA/BS in Marketing, Photography, Video Production, Visual Design, Broadcast Journalism or equivalent professional experience.

3–5 years of professional video production, photography and/or digital animation experience.

Nice to Have

Advanced knowledge of Adobe CC (After Effects, Premiere Pro), and equivalent animation tools.

Color grading proficiency.

Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom proficiency.

Additional knowledge of SketchUp, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, etc.

Understanding of digital cameras, lenses, lighting and audio equipment.

Experience with RAW file format.

Strong organization, communication, and ability to explain complex ideas simply.

Ability to learn and adapt to image management processes.

Impressive digital portfolio.

Ability to navigate a broad matrix structure and juggle multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.

Manage external service partners and present to senior executives, product and sales teams.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Advanced video production software knowledge.

Strong organization and communication.
