Overview
We’re looking for a Media Planning Analyst to support the development and execution of data‑driven media strategies.
In this role, you’ll work closely with strategy, investment, and analytics teams to build media plans, analyze performance, and deliver insights that drive business impact. If you enjoy working with data, understanding audiences, and turning insights into actionable plans — this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
Support the development of media plans aligned with client objectives
Manage budgets and flighting updates across tools like Lumina and Media Tools
Track and maintain flowcharts and budget documents with high accuracy
Provide recurring budget updates and support monthly savings tracking
Deliver reach & frequency analysis using tools like Tardiis / NMI
Extract audience and consumer insights from syndicated tools such as MRI and GWI
Build charts, reports, and presentations for internal and client use
Support competitive analysis and monthly reporting updatesMonitor billing vs. budget and flag discrepancies
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment and execution
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Economics, or related field
Understanding of media planning across channels and buying models
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Strong communication and presentation skills
Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
Team player with strong organizational skills
Nice to Have
Experience with media planning tools or syndicated research platforms
Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes
Familiarity with audience measurement and media metrics
