Role Overview
As the

Paid Advertising Manager , you’ll own the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms. You’ll manage budgets, test relentlessly, and refine performance to elevate brand awareness, drive qualified traffic, and accelerate measurable growth.

What You’ll Do

Lead the creation and management of high-performing paid campaigns across

Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Amazon Ads, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging platforms

Conduct audience, competitor, and market research to sharpen targeting, messaging, and positioning

Analyze performance data to uncover insights, optimize ROI, and guide strategic decisions

Partner closely with creative teams to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and campaign assets

Strategically manage and optimize advertising budgets to ensure efficient, high-impact spend

Stay ahead of platform updates, digital trends, and best practices to keep campaigns innovative and competitive

Execute A/B testing across ads, landing pages, bidding strategies, and funnels to continuously improve performance

Deliver clear, data-rich performance reports and insights to leadership and cross-functional teams

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

3+ years of hands-on experience

managing paid digital advertising campaigns

Deep expertise with platforms such as

Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager

A strong analytical mindset with the ability to transform data into actionable strategy

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously

Solid understanding of SEO principles and how they align with paid media strategy

Google Ads certification or similar credentials
