Job Description
Lifestyle and Apparel Brand is seeking a freelance Brand Manager to support influencer, affiliate, UGC, and social content initiatives. This person will help execute campaigns, coordinate cross-functional partners, and manage creator-facing workflows in a fast-paced consumer brand environment.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end macro influencer campaign execution, including sourcing, outreach, contract negotiation, briefing, product coordination, content management, and invoice processing within approved guidelines and budgets.

Manage the affiliate creator program through a creator management platform, including creator sourcing, monthly communications, and oversight of contract support resources.

Oversee the UGC creator program by developing monthly briefs, managing agency communications, and reviewing content deliverables.

Support brand partnership and IP-related initiatives through campaign planning, cross-functional coordination, partner communication, scheduling, notes, and follow-up execution.

Develop and maintain the monthly social media content calendar across platforms.

Create detailed social media content briefs to support campaign execution and creative alignment.

Schedule and publish social content through a social publishing platform.

Requirments

3–5 years of brand and/or influencer marketing experience.

Experience with affiliate marketing or creator management platforms.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and creator/influencer marketing best practices.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines.

Experience coordinating with agencies, creators, and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of affiliate marketing strategies, paid social amplification, and creator performance metrics.

Experience supporting brand partnerships, licensing, or IP collaborations.

Familiarity with influencer contracting, usage rights, and FTC compliance guidelines.

Experience managing UGC programs and agency relationships.

Basic understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.

Passion for brand storytelling, pop culture, social trends, and community-driven marketing.

Hybrid Schedule- 3 to 4 days in office
