This person will own day-to-day marketing operations including campaign deployment, CRM management, website updates, and data hygiene.This role ensures campaigns launch on time, systems run smoothly, and marketing data is accurate—providing the operational backbone for demand generation, product marketing, and customer programs.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Operations & ExecutionOwn day-to-day execution in HubSpot (email builds, workflows, list management, campaign setup)Manage website updates, landing pages, and CMS contentExecute campaign builds across email, web, and integrated channelsPerform QA on all campaigns to ensure accuracy, functionality, and brand consistencyCRM & Data ManagementMaintain CRM data integrity, segmentation, and hygieneBuild and manage lists, audiences, and lifecycle stagesSupport lead routing, scoring, and attribution trackingEnsure accurate campaign tracking and reporting setupCampaign SupportPartner with Growth Marketing and Product Marketing to deploy campaignsSupport event setup, registration pages, and post-event follow-up workflowsAssist with campaign calendar execution and deadlinesProcess & ToolsMaintain and improve marketing workflows and operational processesSupport integration and optimization of marketing tools and systemsDocument processes and create operational playbooksQualifications2–4 years of experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, or campaign executionHands-on experience with CRM/marketing automation platforms (preferably HubSpot)Experience managing email campaigns, landing pages, and marketing toolsStrong attention to detail and QA mindsetHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyData-driven mindset with comfort working in spreadsheets and reporting toolsBenefits:Flexible PTOMedical, Dental, Paid Sick Days, Vision, and Supplemental CoverageFlexible Spending AccountHealth Savings Account401(k) matchIf you are not sure that every qualification on the list above describes you exactly, we'd still love to hear from you!
