Job Description
The Business Development Manager – ADI Exclusive Brands is an exciting role for an individual who strives to meet the expectation of our customers and wants to be a part of a growing team focused on accelerating growth for our Exclusive Brands in North America. The role will assist the execution of the Exclusive Brand sales and business development plan with a goal to exceed sales, margin, and customer acquisition targets. The manager will reach business targets by effectively supporting the ADI Group sales teams in the NA region. The individual will also assist in the growth of Exclusive Brand sales share in selected National Accounts.

Job Duties

Collaborate with Account Managers to target high potential sales opportunities in National Accounts.

Coaching and support within the Branch Network.

Increase sales team recognition of our Exclusive Brands.

Be the first point of contact for Exclusive Brands within the sales team.

Identify new opportunities from existing ADI customers.

Grow the account base for Exclusive Brands.

Develop strong working relationships with ADI Sales Leaders.

Lead Exclusive Brand Sales Events, including roadshows, focus sales days, expos.

Prepare monthly sales reports including performance against KPIs.

Required Qualifications

Business development or field sales experience.

Degree in Business or related field.

Valid driver’s license, clean motor vehicle history, and driving record in good standing.

Desired Skills

Understanding of the security and low‑voltage residential or commercial market.

Ability to set priorities and focus on key needle‑moving opportunities.
