The Temporary Director of Marketing for Brandeis Online and the Rabb School for Continuing Studies will oversee all marketing, paid and unpaid, for the division.The hourly rate for this position is $50.00; this is a 30 hour work week with a duration of approximately 3 months.**Responsibilities:*** Manage the day-to-day operations of the paid digital marketing with Carnegie Darlett.* Renew digital marketing contracts with a paid media company or internal support group before the end of FY 2025 to ensure campaigns do not go dark.* Monitor marketing drip campaigns, RFIs, and other marketing Slate-related operations for Brandeis Online.* Create and implement special use campaigns around admissions and enrollment deadlines and as needed.* Oversee the implementation of organic marketing on social media, websites, and the GPS blog.* Coordinate event and conference sponsorships for FY 2025 and confirm any potential opportunities for FY 2026.* Manage the remaining FY 2025 marketing budget and support the development of the FY 2026 marketing budget.* Support BOLLI, Precollege, and Summer School as needed.* Supervisor Marketing & Communications Coordinator, Lillian Cohen, and temporary marketing Specialist, Madison Sirois.* Provide weekly reporting to the VP of the Rabb School on marketing performance and progress.* Participate in meetings and trainings as needed.* Other duties as assigned.**Education & Work Experience:*** Education: B.A./B.S. required. M.A/M.S. preferred.* Work Experience: 8 years of relevant work experience.* Minimum five years’ direct experience in enrollment marketing in a competitive, higher ed environment.# **Pay Range Disclosure**The University's pay ranges represent a good faith estimate of what Brandeis reasonably expects to pay for a position at the time of posting.
