Jr Interaction Designer

Junior Designer, Interaction Design Location: 2201 Corporate Center Drive, Newbury Park, CA
Qualifications The Junior Designer, Interaction Design should have an eye for clean design, possess excellent UI skills and be able to translate user journeys and wireframes into well-designed, intuitive, and functional user interfaces. Working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, and other design and wire-framing tools. Education: Bachelor's degree in User Interaction Design or related degree. Experience: 1-2 years of prior experience in User Interaction Design or related field.
Responsibilities Participates on project teams with support from senior staff, working on projects of low to moderate complexity. Executes all visual design from concept to final delivery. Conceptualizes ideas that bring user friendliness to complex design challenges. Works with UX to create wireframes, storyboards, and user journeys. Present designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and stakeholders. Working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, and other design and wire-framing tools.
Office is moving to 1601 Olympic Blvd, Santa Monica, and our Newbury Park location is closed. Depending on actual start date, it may be necessary to travel to West Hollywood (Temp Office) or Camarillo (IT Vendor) to pick up equipment. There may be a necessity to participate on location for workshops in either West Hollywood or Santa Monica.
