Job Summary
We’re seeking a creative Social Media Coordinator to support the growth of woom’s organic social presence. This role combines content creation, community engagement, and performance analysis to deliver culturally relevant, on-brand storytelling.

You’ll help bring content to life, from ideation and editing to publishing and optimization, while engaging with our audience, monitoring trends, and using insights to improve performance. Working cross-functionally with U.S. and global teams, you’ll support campaigns, influencer collaborations, and community initiatives to build a strong, engaged digital presence.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Editorial Planning

Assist in creating engaging, platform-specific content across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit

Support video editing for multi-channel repurposing

Plan, organize, and maintain the editorial/content calendar to ensure timely publishing

Source, identify, and organize user-generated content (UGC) for brand use

Community Management & Growth

Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner

Actively engage with audiences and foster a positive, on-brand community environment

Proactively interact with adjacent premium brands and relevant communities to expand reach

Analytics, Reporting & Optimization

Track performance metrics and assist in building weekly and monthly reporting decks

Analyze data to identify insights and optimization opportunities

Monitor algorithm updates, cultural trends, and platform best practices to inform strategy

Strategy & Collaboration

Support the execution of social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals

Partner closely with marketing, PR, and B2B teams to execute integrated campaigns and strategic initiatives, ensuring strong global alignment and consistency across markets

Track competitor activity across social platforms to identify opportunities and gaps

Influencer & Trend Support

Assist in identifying, researching, and coordinating influencer partnerships

Stay up to date on emerging trends, tools, and technologies to enhance content performance

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent experience

2–4 years of hands‑on experience assisting in the execution of organic social media

Strong understanding of platform best practices, trends, and content optimization across channels (e.g., Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit)

Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) and a strong understanding of native content production and short‑form video editing (e.g., CapCut)

Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social or similar platforms)

Solid grasp of performance metrics and the ability to translate data into actionable items

Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment

Creative, detail‑oriented thinker with solution‑focused mindset
