Responsibilities
Provide strategic communications that drive our firm’s strategy and business priorities through a broad suite of internal and client communications
Develop and execute communications plans for initiatives supporting Wealth Management USA and its key constituencies
Exercise judgment and deliver on communications planning and prioritization Position, write and edit materials nimbly and accurately; manage appropriate distribution in partnership with others on the team
Act as a communications advisor to internal business partners to drive effective messaging and distribution
Absorb information quickly and link related topics in an intellectually challenging environment
Ensure that messages are succinct, clear and accurate, meet established communications standards and guidelines before publication and that all reviews and approvals are coordinated and obtained prior to distribution
Support periodic and ad‑hoc reports, presentations and communications materials; seek out and create opportunities for efficiency by assessing and improving current delivery systems and processes
Work effectively, efficiently, and rapidly as required to complete assignments and ensure that communications are delivered in a timely and paced manner
Qualifications
A belief that communication is fundamental to the success of an organization
A genuine passion for writing and communicating
Ideally 7+ years of experience in communications
Poise and calm to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and meet competing/changing deadlines
A highly motivated, independent and team‑oriented personality
An understanding of financial services and wealth management, and a desire to learn more
Worked in a similar role before—so you get it
A college degree, preferably in communications, business, journalism or marketing
A strategic perspective, good instincts, outstanding writing skills, and strong leadership abilities

Salary Information
The indicative gross base salary range as a full‑time equivalent role:
United States – New Jersey – Weehawken: min USD 140000 – max USD 180000 per annum
