Job Summary
The Graphic Designer supports the development of omni-channel creative campaigns, contributing to digital, print, and experiential design projects. This role collaborates closely with the Creative Team to produce brand-consistent visuals that align with marketing objectives and enhance customer engagement. As a key contributor, the Graphic Designer brings fresh ideas and strong design fundamentals to Advance enterprise brands in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
What will you do?
Execute design deliverables across digital, print, and in‑store channels including social media, email, web graphics, signage, and promotional materials.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand project goals and timelines.
Assist in translating creative briefs into visually compelling concepts that support brand and business objectives.
Partner with Copy/Content teams to ensure cohesive storytelling across assets.
Source and edit imagery, graphics, and visual elements to support campaign needs.
Apply brand guidelines consistently across all creative outputs.
Participate in team reviews and incorporate feedback to refine designs.
Support senior designers and production artists with layout, formatting, and asset preparation.
Stay current on design trends and tools to contribute fresh ideas to the team.
Location & Work Availability
This position is Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day remote), based at our corporate headquarters in Raleigh, North Carolina.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Canva or Figma is a plus.
Strong portfolio demonstrating design work across digital and print channels.
Solid understanding of design principles including layout, typography, and color.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with project management tools (e.g., WorkFront, Asana, Trello) is helpful but not required.
Certifications, Experience, and Education
2–4 years of professional design experience, preferably in retail, consumer goods, or agency settings.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
Or, equivalent combination of education and experience.
